Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How to Return Email us at hello@pawmilypetco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us immediately at hello@pawmilypetco.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.
